The Reset
16 WEEKSInstall the system.
This is the full 5R sequence, once through. Two kickoff sessions to map your protocol. Biweekly 1-on-1s, weekly written check-ins, daily access between calls. Bloodwork reviewed and explained, not just handed back.
By week 16, the system is installed. You carry it from there.
For the disciplined and consistent. You don't need someone to make you do the work. You need someone who knows what the work is.
The Rebuild
24 WEEKSMake it identity.
Everything in The Reset, then eight more weeks. The back half is what most coaching skips — a reinforcement phase where the system gets stress-tested against real life. A second bloodwork panel so change is measured, not just felt. Protocol recalibration at week 16.
By week 24, this isn't a program you finished. It's who you are.
